How To Remove Dark Spots With Natural Ingredients

1. Banana:

Not only you can eat a banana for your overall heath, but apply it also on your skin as a natural face mask. Banana contains Vitamins A, B and E.

Bananas when combined with other natural ingredients like honey and lemon juice gives a face pack which effectively reduces the dark spots and Improves the skin tone. Mash a ripe banana in a bowl till it forms a smooth lump free pulp. Add 1 tsp. of lemon and 1 tsp of honey and mix them thoroughly. Before applying this mask you will have to wash your face and then use a soft towel to pat it dry. Leave it on for approximately 30 mins and then wash your face with lukewarm water without using any soap, follow the remedy every day for couple of weeks.

2. Aloe Vera:

Aloe Vera has inflammatory and antibacterial properties and is useful in reducing dark spots. Aloe vera is a unique plant that has been discovered to be of much importance to the health of human beings. Does aloe vera lighten skin? 4. Papaya:

when it comes to skin care Papaya is the BEST BET. It is a good source of Vitamin A and papain. Vitamin A acts as an anti-oxidant, while the papain breaks down inactive proteins and removes dead skin cells. Its low sodium quality is the best feature of the fruit. Since the salt content is less, the water retention is also little. The result is an overall hydrated skin.


Take the pulp of ripe papaya and mash it up to form a smooth paste. APPLY this on the face and leave it for 30 minutes and then Wash face with cold water. papaya does help with dark spots and blemishes but you should not use papaya everyday. It has high concentration of AHA which is pretty strong for skin to be used everyday so use it once or twice a week and that will be more than enough.
